How do I use Shop Pay?

At checkout choose Shop Pay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Shop Pay website where you can easily login or create a new account. Then you’ll be all set and ready to place your order!

Can I return or exchange an item if I pay with Shop Pay?

If you have returned an order in its entirety and the full amount of the order is refunded, any upcoming payments will be cancelled out and any paid payments will be refunded back to the card you paid on.

Which cards does Shop Pay accept?

Shop Pay accepts US domestic debit and credit cards.

How does Shop Pay collect payments?

Shop Pay will collect the first payment when the order is placed. On the due date of the remaining three payments, Shop Pay takes your next installment from the original card used when you placed your order.  Reminders are sent before an installment is due, so you just need to make sure that there is enough in your account for that installment.
