Directions: Make sure belly skin is DRY. If you just lotioned up, it will keep sliding off easily. Press the plate under the roof of the belly button. Hook on the top piece on the skin above the belly button. This is not made for wearing extended periods of time. We don’t recommend wearing while exercising or anything involving a lot of movement. Remember, it’s only hanging on a small bit of belly skin!
